The detail record of calls for Ncell numbers can be viewed from their mobile app. Here is the process to get the detailed record for call/SMS and data.
- Go to the Ncell app.
- Click Call history available below or find it in the menu under account and services.
- Select the from date and to date for which you can want to get the call details.
- After you click view, you will be provided a pin number to your number.
- Put the Pin number there and then you will get the detail record for Call/SMS and data.
- There will be incoming/outgoing call/SMS and data usage with the cost of the service.
Call record of NTC
Nepal Telecom also added this feature to its mobile app. As we have already posted Top ten reasons why you should use the Nepal Telecom mobile app, this will surely go to the topmost one for their mobile app. Here is the process to get the call details in Ntc.
- Go to the Nepal Telecom app.
- Find the Usage History in the app. Click it
- You can select Voice, SMS and Data history in it.
- Select the no of days to view the usage history and submit. Till now you can get a maximum of 5 days’ history there.
- Then a Verification code/OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to your mobile phone. Enter the OTP there.
- Then you will get the list of usage history in your mobile for Call, SMS, and data in separate tabs.
