Xiaomi Nepal has opened a new customer service center in Tamrakar Complex. The new Mi service center is located on the fifth floor of the Tamrakar Complex, a building dedicated to mobile, accessories and service center.
Mi Nepal started the new service center to provide fast and efficient services to their customer. As per Saurabh Kothari, GM of Xiaomi Nepal, they will add 4 more of such service centers, officially authorized by Xiaomi. As known, the authorized service center will also be located at the regional level.
The service center is not only for the warranty service which comes along with the product for 1 year. As known, they will also give service for any Xiaomi phones either bought here or outside or even out of warranty. But they will charge some amount for those out of warranty phones or bought abroad.
It will not only strengthen the after-sales service but also provide additional value for the prospective Mi phone owners. They will provide services like repair/replace of the hardware parts, mending software issues. We can also expect them to change the UI of Mi phones with Chinese ROM to Global ROM. We will confirm later on this part.
The service center opens from 9:30 am to 6 pm. The location seems to be accessible as it is the core heart of the Kathmandu City at New road.
Saurabh Kothari, country GM, distributors (both Vatsal and Teletalk) officials, Mi fan club members jointly inaugurated the service center.
Xiaomi Nepal also has another service center at CTC Mall, which has been renovated recently.
