Hult Prize at IOE and NxtGen recently conducted a webinar titled “Entrepreneurship Talk Series: Level 2-Building a Team”. This webinar session turned out to be a massive hit. It has also been all over the news for a while. Hult Prize at IOE and NxtGen is a non-profit organization of Pulchowk Campus which focuses on empowering the youth with the most technical aspects.

Getting into more details about the session, it became a hit as it was graced by two amazing personalities. Pakistani superstar Ali Zafar and highly successful entrepreneur Mr Satish Gaire were the highlights for the session. Moreover, the facilitator for this session was Satish Gaire, who is a  US-based successful entrepreneur. He has not only been a successful entrepreneur but has also been featured on platforms like Forbes and CNN.

In the Hult prize session, Mr Gaire talked about his journey and his struggles and also shared his process of building a team. He gave very inspiring and productive insights and details about team building and leadership skills.  Till the end of the session, he motivated many young minds to become an entrepreneur and go for their dreams.

Adding up,  Ali Zafar also shared his journey to the participants. There he also gave a slight peek into his life and shared about his work, involvements, and source of happiness.

Adding up he also talked about the way we live as a person where he mentioned: “Everybody is doing what they are doing to be happy, whatever we are doing eventually, we’re doing it to feel good about ourselves and the world that we’re living in.”

Summing Up:

So, basically, the Hult Prize 2020 event was very inspiring and motivating which helped us see a different perspective in life. With this massive success, we hope for more inspiring and motivating sessions in the future.

Being a technophile, I am particularly fascinated by the evolution of mobile networks in Nepal from legacy networks (2G, 3G) to 4G (with VoLTE, VoWiFi, eSIM) and the prospects of the upcoming 5G, and equally enthralled by the development of internet from the dial-up connection to the 2 Gbps XGS-PON fiber broadband technology and their transformative impact in the country.
