Celebrating its 18th anniversary, Ncell has launched a new campaign- ‘Every Customer is a Winner’. With this campaign, Ncell says that every customer will win something. The offer starts on September 17. Ncell users will receive surprise loyalty gifts for 28 days in extended celebrations.
You can dial *17117# to be eligible to get daily, weekly, and bumper gifts. In daily gifts, winners will get Ncell products and services for free. Likewise, 1,000 Ncell customers will win a Rs 100 balance weekly. And at the end of the campaign, seven lucky winners will bring home 7 scooters.

Ncell to support national Paralympic players
Ncell has also agreed to a strategic partnership with the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) Nepal. As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the telco will support Nepal’s national Paralympic players who represent Nepal in domestic and international games.

Rs 10 lakh for community project
To reach and connect with local people across Nepal, Ncell has invited applications from non-profit organizations from seven provinces for the implementation of the projects in their community. These projects must provide local solutions to local problems.

Ncell’s CSR and tax contribution
Ncell has been instrumental in helping the government realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Over the last 18 years, the company has contributed over Rs 1.80 billion to various CSR social causes. The company says that all these features have helped transform the status of telecommunications in Nepal.
In recent months, Ncell also introduced eSIM and VoLTE elevating its mobile services for the end customers.

With the intention to enhance transparency and accessibility, Ncell has launched an initiative to let the public directly contact the company’s CEO Jabbor Kayumov. The company shared that it opened an Instagram account @ncellceo to allow the public to connect with the CEO. Additionally, the telco has also enabled the CEO’s mail ID ceo@ncell.axiata.com, for the general public to reach out to him.
Using these electronic means, people can contact the Ncell CEO directly and raise concerns on matters that require attention. Ncell is perhaps the first corporate house to allow customers direct access to the company’s CEO.

Additionally, in line with its theme “Here for You”, Ncell has planned several other activities and events to celebrate the company’s 18th anniversary. These include health camps in areas with low human development index, blood donation, tree plantation, friendly football matches at the Lainchaur Ground, etc. Celebrities are also to visit Ncell centers to interact with customers.
