Ncell has opened its new service center which it calls Ncell Center in Shahid Chowk, Lahan. The company has been expanding its service center across the country to provide world-class service in local places. There are altogether 34 such Ncell centers in the country.
Ncell CEO Jabbor Kayumov inaugurated the service center, with a special program organized on June 29, Thursday. It is told that the full-fledged operation of the center has already started. The services from the center include general inquiry for the products, & services, SIM subscription, and Mobile settings to enterprise services. You can also visit the Ncell center for

Although most of the services can now be taken online (without visiting their center), the company needs to establish such centers for those who cannot access them online. Plus this is also a part of their effort to reach customers locally and service them with convenience while creating an enhanced customer experience.

The company’s center goes in line with its brand promise of Today, Tomorrow, Together to be with customers benefit all the time.

The opening time of the center is from 9 am to 5:30 pm, all 7 days a week. Before, Ncell used to provide the service through its old service center in Lahan.
