On May 15, 2024, Ncell launched its revolutionary Sadhain ON pack to much elation. With this next-generation pack, the telco has streamlined its resources and made them easier to pick and also more affordable. I have been subscribing to these packs for a while and here I am writing what I have found in contrast to my earlier experiences. Here is my personal and detailed review of the Ncell Sadhain ON pack.

All-in-one, and the ease of subscription
Below, I describe things that were really helpful for me as a subscriber. But before that, I want to share a cool trait of the Sadhain ON pack. With the Sadhain On pack, I don’t need to buy separate data, social media, or voice packs anymore. I get them all in one pack at prices ranging from Rs 99 to Rs 1,499.
Besides, it only takes a mere few taps to buy a pack- either from *123# or the Ncell app. I have found it incredibly efficient and straightforward.
Data is a fundamental need
It begins with some of my fundamental needs these days- connectivity and in particular mobile data. Between my way out of home to work and back and in between, I need data and voice services quite a lot. Presumably, it’s the same for every smartphone phone user these days.
I am an “always on” user who needs constant connectivity wherever I go. I need data for browsing and keeping updated with the news happening around mostly in tech, and social network consumption, blogging tips, and to keep connected with family and friends. So, I personally find Sadhain ON pack adequate enough. I can get all the different resources in a bundle at a more affordable rate.
What I like about the Sadhain ON pack is that Ncell has streamlined its resources on offer. I only had to choose between Best, Unlimited, and Basic. I don’t prefer going through a dozen options and having to hit the number to respond to the prompts. Instead, I prefer simpler and faster ways to get a mobile pack. Ncell provides it with the Sadhain ON pack. It’s efficient and timesaving.

Ncell packs got 50% cheaper
Additionally, I realized that Ncell has reduced its pack tariffs by a hefty 50% discount on Sadhain ON packs. For example, the Basic pack that earlier cost Rs 198 is now available for just Rs 99. Ahead in the order, the pack that would cost Rs 2,998 now comes for just Rs 1,499. So, that really is generosity from the private telco which has streamlined its packages and expects economies of scale. I found it to be beneficial for users like me.
I found that for my need for interrupted connectivity, the Rs 599 package (“Best” pack) which gives me 20 GB of data, 6 GB of social media data, 599 minutes of talk time, etc. for 28 days is highly suitable. There are 6 other packs to choose from as well. This flexibility is highly rewarding as I pick one depending on my location, work scope, and whether I will be home or out mostly.

But what I liked most is …
Well, I can count on a few really good things about the Ncell Sadhain ON pack. From being able to buy all the separate resources in one bundle to the ease of subscription with a few taps on the phone. However, the rollover feature for me is a standout.
That begs the question- why? If I have some resources- data, voice (talk time), or SMS count remaining after the validity is reached, the resources are carried over. It brought cool satisfaction to me. The fact that my money would be rightly spent till all the resources were exhausted gave me relief.
To illustrate, I earlier subscribed to a 7-day Basic Sadhain ON pack for Rs 99 which provides 2 GB of data, 49 minutes of talk time, 49 SMS, and 1 GB of social media consumption. The 7-day validity was reached but I couldn’t use up the 2 GB data. That’s because, during the time, I was mostly home connected to WiFi. I still had 550 MB remaining and guess what, it was carried over to the next Sadhain ON pack I purchased later. I must say it is a fair and cherishing feature Ncell has introduced for its customers.
The rollover pack is satisfying and brought me value for my money. It’s also the first time a telco has launched the feature in a mobile pack.

There’s more
While the Rollover feature was a standout for me, the No Bill Shock thing also deserves wholesome praise. Has it ever happened to you that you lost track of your data pack, and continued browsing till it stopped? And you realize that your balance was deducted? Find all other features of the plan.
I have been through this quite a lot in the past and it’s frustrating to see the balance go even without us realizing it. Well, the SMS does notify us about the volume reaching the limit. However, we don’t tend to stay aware while watching videos or while being on online chats and video calls. But that was till Ncell’s Sadhain ON pack.
The Sadhain On Ncell pack comes with a no bill shock feature which means, the web browsing stops after the data volume you subscribed to is used up saving your main balance on the phone
Ncell has promised that there won’t be a bill shock due to after purchasing the Sadhain On pack. That is to say, mobile balance won’t be deducted even when resources are used up. That’s because the browsing or internet connectivity will stop when the data volume is exhausted. That saves the main balance, which is so handy for voice, SMS, or even a few seconds of mobile banking transactions.
Likewise, the recurring plan means, you don’t need to bother with subscribing to the pack every week or month after it reaches the validity. A quick *901# dial gives you the status of your resource’s consumption.

What can Ncell do to make it even better?
Recurring plans are very convenient for people like me who want to stay connected and keep informed of things going around through the web. However, Ncell should ensure that people won’t feel swindled with auto subscriptions. Subscribers should get easier ways to only buy the pack as per their requirements and while it’s not an uphill task, the telco can still educate the customers.
Ncell Sadhain ON pack Review: Here’s my honest opinion about it
I must say that Ncell Sadhain ON pack has stood up to my expectations. That’s because of the many innovative features Ncell has implemented. Firstly, the rollover feature and then the no-bill shock characteristics. They have completely transformed my experience with mobile packs for the better. I don’t have to worry about the resources staying unused or the main balance deduction.
Not to forget, how easily I can buy data, voice, SMS, etc. in one bundle at affordable tariffs. I must admit that while the cost of the resources has not remarkably changed or lowered, it still helped me with the decreased rates.
The Sadhain ON pack from Ncell has truly justified my need for easier and more affordable connectivity and completely elevated my experiences from the time before it was launched. I honestly feel that the Sadhain ON pack and the campaign itself are inspirational enough for the industry. This might interest you too: Ncell free eSIM activation 2024 [latest update]
