Nepal Telecom (NTC) says that it will keep its counters open during Dashain and Deepawali (Tihar) festivals in 2081. The company made the decision to keep its services operational for customers even during the long holiday season.
The state-backed company published a notice to relate that its counters at various offices will stay operational during the festival period. This means that the customers will be able to get services from those counters for buying a new SIM card, changing SIM card, GSM mobile and NT Fiber bill payments, etc.
Being a national telecom operator, the company has always prioritized providing high-level customer services. In line with this purpose, the company usually keeps its counters accessible to customers during public holidays. If you remember, It reopened offices during the COVID-19 lockdown too. This reflects the company’s zeal for customer service and operationalizing important service work.

Nepal Telecom counters will stay open on Dashain and Tihar in these places
According to Nepal Telecom, its counters across different places will stay open during various time frames during Dashain and Tihar.
For example, the company’s Sundhara counter will open on Ashoj 24, 25, 27, and 28 and Kartik 15, 16, 17, and 19. Similarly, the counters in Chabahil, Gongabu, Patan, Thimi, Banepa, Manthali, Charikot, Dhading Bahrabise, Hetauda, Bharatpur, Tandi, Panchkhal, Chautara, Sindhuli, and Trishuli will open on Ashoj 25 and 27 and on Kartik 16 and 19.
The counters will open at different time schedules. On Ashoj 24 to Kartik 15, the counters will open from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM, and from Kartik 16 to Kartik 19, the counters will open from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
