This is all because the user has got Second-degree burns due to the explosion. The user had kept his phone in his pocket while the traumatic incident took place. The victim got second-degree burns and even his jeans got burned in the aftermath.

Right after some time of Mr. Shuit Sharma’s tweet, the OnePlus Support team replied to his tweet. OnePlus Support team asked Mr. Shuit Sharma to connect to them via Direct Message for further information about the incident. However, the victim claims that the OnePlus Support team isn’t in constant touch with him.
In Mr. Suhit Sharma’s reply to his same tweet, he said that the OnePlus’s Research and Development team has contacted him and further investigation regarding the tragic incident is being carried out. But there’s no official statement yet from the company.
When Tech Bloggers and Mainstream Media reached OnePlus, the company stated, “We take such incidents seriously. Our team has already reach the user and we are in process of collecting the details to invgeste the case further.”
