Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) Nepal has announced the completion of its AI & Big Data programme conducted from June 27 to December 31, 2025, while launching a new batch for Coding & Programming. The programme is fully equipped to provide students with hands-on learning, industry-relevant insights, and practical exposure to next-generation technologies.

Since 2023, SIC has been proliferating its global CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) vision. It carries the theme of “Together for Tomorrow! Enabling People,” empowering youth with future-ready skills for honing digital skills in the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers.

During its recent event, Samsung Nepal conferred recognition and certificates to the graduating students. Certificates were presented at a ceremony attended by Prof. Dr. Khadga K.C., Rector; Dr. Sanjaya Uprety, Campus Chief, Pulchowk Campus; and Dr. Sushil B. Bajracharya, Dean, Institute of Engineering.

At the same time, the ceremony welcomed the new batch of students for the Coding & Programming course. They will take classes in coding and programming under SIC’s curriculum, which integrates advanced technology training with essential soft skills. At the end of the course, students will have knowledge on digital literacy, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. It will also bring them huge potential for employability.

“At Samsung, we see young people as the driving force behind Nepal’s future innovation. Equipping them with future-ready skills goes beyond education—it is an investment in the country’s long-term progress. As we celebrate the achievements of our AI and Big Data graduates, we are equally focused on nurturing the next generation of learners who will strengthen Nepal’s digital capabilities through coding and problem-solving. Through Samsung Innovation Campus, we remain committed to empowering Nepal’s youth to lead, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s growing digital economy,” said Mr. Chang Uk Jung, Managing Director, Samsung Nepal.

Samsung Innovation Campus CSR Honing Youth in Future Tech Skills

Samsung launched its global CSR program, Samsung Innovation Campus at the Pulchowk Campus of Engineering in Nepal in December 2022. With it, Samsung seeks to train youth in Nepal on future tech skills. Courses range from Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Big Data, and Coding & Programming. Additionally, it focuses on providing insights into contributing to the development of a strong technology and innovation ecosystem in Nepal. Students require knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and programming to be eligible for the course.

The program provides participants with real job skills and in-demand tech skills. As a result, students can improve their digital literacy, learning abilities, creativity, and employability.

The program also offers soft skills training to enhance students’ employability and ability to bring their knowledge to life. It nurtures problem-solving capabilities that will enable students to become innovative thinkers.
