To ask for a refund from WorldLink, you need to report the company through a call, a branch office, or its online services. Then, the company’s staff arrive at your location and inspect the connection. If the problem persists and remains unsatisfying, you can seek money back from the company under its money-back guarantee service.
In case you were curious about the refund amount you would get, WorldLink refunds you an amount equivalent to the remaining days of the subscribed internet package. For instance, if you have a 90-day package, and have used 20 days of service, you get the refund amount for the remaining 70 days.

But do keep in mind that the service is only applicable if you are subscribing to 200 Mbps, 250 Mbps, or 300 Mbps package.
