Nepal Telecom has successfully migrated its GSM postpaid subscribers to new billing system. NT had even informed its customer for possible problem in their network during the upgrade. But not a single problem happened with the customers during that time, besides the change in procedure for GSM postpaid to query some information and subscribe some services.
Before the upgrade, the process for Ntc GSM postpaid subscribers for different information and subscription is to send some keywords to 1400. After the upgrade, we got to know that the new number for sending the message is 1415. 1415 is the same number for which prepaid subscribers are inquiring for.
