All Ntc services to deliver from a single counter.

Ntc has organized a press meet in their Headquarter: Bhadrakali on Tuesday (Baishak 12). The Ntc press meet is for the regular updates and information to the press regarding the works they have put up. The meet also highlights some of the new services being provided to the customers and some extension projects as well. It is known that they have announced the Facebook Twitter ban for their own staffs in the program. Here is the summary of the Ntc press meet.

CRTB (Convergent Real Time billing)

With the recent billing update for ADSL and FTTH service, Ntc will deliver all the services from each of their counters. With this, company believes to provide fast service to the customers from any counters. This is possible as almost all of their services have been integrated in the convergence billing system. Previously, they used to have different billing system for different services / technologies. They are also planning to integrate PSTN services to this billing system soon. The billing system is converging for all of Ntc services and technologies & it can also handle real time bills. More features from this billing system is also known to be coming in future.

Optical fiber projects

Ntc is extending the reach of optical fibers with different projects to several districts. Till now, underground Optical fiber, ADSS and OPGW (Nepal Electricity Authority NEA power lines) reach our the optical connectivity to 55 districts. Which according to them, will be increased to 66 districts with new ADSS and optical fiber projects (1000 km).

3G coverage in Rara

Ntc has provided 3G coverage to Rara area including Rara taal and Rara (Talcha) Airport. More on this here.

Free websites in Nepal Telecom

Ntc has also provided some government websites free to the GSM mobile data users. The websites are of the domain .gov.np. More on this news here.

Ntc official Website update.

Ntc has updated its official website to make it user friendly. It now includes content in Nepali language and is responsive for any type of devices like Desktops, mobile or tablets. We have already provided news for this update.

Easy way for subscribing data packs.

Finally Ntc tells its customer for the easy way of subscribing data packs from *1415#. More on this here.
