Vivo V9 Youth launches in Nepal: Specs, Price and More

VIVO, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is coming up with a series of smartphones. After the success of Vivo V9, Vivo launched yet another smartphone V9 Youth in Nepal. It hasn’t been more than a month that Vivo launched V9 in Nepal. Vivo V9 Youth is a subtle version of V9 which shares almost similar specs in Vivo V9.

Vivo V9 Youth comes with a 6.30-inch touchscreen display with the resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. The phone has a full view display with the aspect ratio of 19:9 and a density of 400 PPI. V9 Youth features a full-view 2.0 display with a notch on top of it. The display is one of the major attraction on the phone which covers around 90% of the front part of the phone.

The Vivo V9 Youth has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450  processor to power the phone which is clocked at 1.8GHz. The phone comes with 4GB of RAM and packs 32GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.The Vivo V9 youth runs on Android Oreo 8.1 with FunTouch OS4.0 on the top.

On the camera department, Vivo V9 Youth features a 16-megapixel selfie camera whereas the back side is fitted with 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup but lacks support for 4K video shooting. The camera comes with features like AI Beauty, Bokeh mode, and AR stickers. The rear panel of the phone is fitted with a fingerprint reader. The fingerprint sensor is fitted on the rear panel of the phone which is convenient for the phone with the full view display.

Vivo V9 Youth is powered by 3260 mAh Li-ion Non-removable battery and will be available in two color variations i.e. champagne gold and pearl black.

Price and Availability

The phone has launched in Nepal at an event. Vivo V9 Youth is available in two color variants; Pearl Black, Champagne Gold. The price of the phone has been set at Rs. 29,390 in Nepal.
