As switching over to the new technology may cause some disturbance to the network, they issue a public notice for the same. They will cutover the innovative next-generation billing platform from 9 pm, Monday (August 19) till 9 am, Tuesday, August 20. As they want to avoid some miscommunication in the implementation situation, they inform their valued customer of the probable issues. They also provide their channels to use for the communication in such scenarios.
