Ncell, the private telecom operator has been bringing the latest technologies to provide a world-class experience to its customers. This time, they are going to implement next-generation billing system. Ncell also notifies of possible disturbance during the implementation.
The next generation billing system is an innovative platform that will enable the greatest flexibility to the operator. They can also customize the offers and packages as per the requirement of an individual customer. This will also help Ncell to provide good customer care service to its customers.
Ncell also says this platform is being used by some of the world’s leading mobile network operators. After the implementation, they will provide a world-class customer experience with the system that will better understand customers and their needs.
As switching over to the new technology may cause some disturbance to the network, they issue a public notice for the same. They will cutover the innovative next-generation billing platform from 9 pm, Monday (August 19) till 9 am, Tuesday, August 20. As they want to avoid some miscommunication in the implementation situation, they inform their valued customer of the probable issues. They also provide their channels to use for the communication in such scenarios.
