Daraz, the leading e-commerce platform in Nepal has teamed up with Machhapuchhre Bank, Mega Bank, and Himalayan Bank in its Bank Days Offer scheme on card pre-payments. With this offer, Daraz will extend its customer’s discounts up to 15% (Max Rs. 500) upon purchases from its popular online marketplace using debit or credit cards. The offer kicks off on Thursday, June 17th, 2021.
These new three banks now join the existing banks such as Sanima Bank, NIC Asia Bank, Nabil Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank under this discount scheme. The eligible customers will receive discounts on card pre-payments throughout the week.

Three new banks prepayment discount on Daraz
The prepayment discount varies from bank to bank and the card used. Machhapuchchhre Bank, Mega Bank, and Himalayan Bank will offer discounts every Thursday on card pre-payments. Details are as below:
- Machhapuchchhre Bank – 10% off up to NPR 500 on Debit Card Payment/ 15% off up to NPR 500 on Credit Card Payment
- Mega Bank – 10% off up to NPR 500 on Debit Card Payment / 15 % off up to NPR 500 on Credit Card Payment
- Himalayan Bank – 15% off up to NPR 500 on Prepaid and Credit Card Payment
Besides, the remaining partnered banks under the Daraz Bank Days discount offer are entitled to similar discounts throughout the week. Find detail below:
- Monday – 15% off up to NPR 500 on Credit Card Payment / 10 % off up to NPR 500 on Debit Card payment from SANIMA BANK
- Wednesday – 15% off up to NPR 500 on Credit Card Payment / 10 % off up to NPR 500 on Debit Card payment from NIC ASIA BANK
- Friday – 10% off (Max Rs 500) from Nabil Bank
- Saturday – 10% off (Max Rs 500) from Standard Chartered Bank
Daraz’s Bank Days Offer: Who Are Eligible?
Any bank account holder with an activated credit/debit card is eligible for the discount offers. If your card is not activated, you can follow the instructions provided by banks on the Daraz app. Meanwhile, you can also contact your bank to acquire your credit/debit card. In addition, interested customers can apply for Credit cards from any of the banks mentioned above.
