Realme Dizo launches Star 500 and Star 300 feature phones. This is Realme’s first venture into the feature phone segment. Established to serve products in the #techlife ecosystem, Dizo is rumored to unveil accessories, and wearables soon.
The young company primarily focuses on products in four categories, smartphone, Smart care, Smart entertainment, and accessories. Regarding its upcoming product launch, the company has not revealed much. However, the latest sources have indicated Dizo will launch its debut products in the audio wearable category and more IoT products.

In its Twitter handle, Dizo had given hints about its TWS products launch with a witty text in the image.
But against the rumors, Dizo kickstarted with the feature phones. The devices will be ideal for rural India for their utility. Realme Dizo has said their product lineup will be aimed at remote India as well as urban settings. So we can understand Dizo has the ambition to serve products in various price ranges for people with separate purchasing capacities.
Dizo Star 500
Dizo Star 500 measures 132.5×55.4x12mm and comes with a larger 2.8-inch QVGA compared to its junior sibling. It gives the option of a dual-SIM (Micro) and features an LCD display. The feature phone is powered by an SC6531E processor. The RAM and storage are the same as the other variant. But it comes with a 0.3 MP rear camera which is of a formality than utility in the current age.
Buyers will enjoy access to FM and access internet on 2G. But its battery capacity is 1,900mAh which disappointingly smaller than star 300. But Dizo claims it will last for 13 days on standby and gives over 17 hours of voice calls. There is a torch on top too for your walk outside at night. The device weighs 108 grams which is no trouble for a light feel in hand.
Dizo Star 300
Meanwhile, Dizo Star 300 comes with 119.5x52x13.4mm measurement. It features a smaller 1.77-inch QVGA screen with 160×120 pixels crammed on it. Under the hood, there is an SC6531E processor powering the feature phone. Memory-wise, the phone is backed by 32MB RAM and 32MB storage.
On its rear, there is a 0.08 MP camera.
As for broadband there is a 2G network only option but comes with FM to get you updated with news and other entertainment. But the good thing is you can expand the storage with a microSD card for up to 64GB. You can store your favorite music files to listen to.
For your days-long uptime, it houses a 2,550mAh battery. Dizo claims it will serve you 18 days of standby time and 21 hours of call time. The phone weighs 105.4 grams.
