Prominent ISP/DTH provider Dish Home will broadcast FIFA Football World Cup matches on 2K. Viewers can watch the games live on Dish Home’s channel 981 on advanced resolution with the higher picture quality on specific Set Top Boxes.
But the availability of the said resolution will also depend on the TV set and the Set-Top-Boxes (STBs) of the customers. For those without a 2K-supported TV set, there are other viewing options. Dish Home’s channel numbers 170 and 982 will also air the matches live on SD and HD quality respectively.
But to watch the games on Dish Home, viewers need to buy a subscription. Media Hub which has exclusive rights to broadcast the Football World Cup 2022 has made it payment-based in Nepal. You need to pay Rs 565 to buy the subscription for the entire World Cup matches.
