Infinix, the Chinese smartphone brand has launched yet another smartphone dubbed as Infinix Note 7 Lite in Nepal. The brand recently entered the Nepalese tech market. They have been flooding the market with their smartphones. Infinix had launched the likes of Infinix Hot 9 Play and Infinix Note 7 recently in Nepal. Ola Electronics Pvt. Infinix Note 7 Lite Overview
It is the lite version of the recently launched Infinix Note 7 in Nepal. The smartphone comes with some interesting features. It is an entry-level smartphone. Infinix Note 7 Lite features HD plus display, Helio P22 Chipset, 5000mAh battery and many more.
Design/Display
It has a simple design compared to its sibling. It is similar to Infinix Hot 9 Play in terms of the design. The smartphone comes with a plastic body. It has a punch-hole cutout at the top left of the screen that houses the front camera.
Infinix Note 7 Lite features a 6.6 inches HD+ IPS TFT Infinity-O Display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. It comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9, 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, and a 266 ppi density. The device sports a side mounted fingerprint sensor, and face unlock for security. It does not come with any protection glasses.
Infinix Note 7 Lite Camera
In the optical department, the smartphone packs quite a punch. Infinix Note 7 Lite sports a quad rear camera setup with the rectangular camera bump. It includes a 48 MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 2 MP Macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, a 2 MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a QVGA sensor along with Quad-LED flash. On the front, it features an 8 MP AI Selfie camera. You will be able to capture beautiful selfies with the smartphone.
Now moving on to the videography of the smartphone, both the rear and front cameras are capable of recording videos up to 1080P@30FPS.
Performance
Under the hood, Infinix Note 7 Lite is fueled by an octa-core Mediatek Helio P22 chipset. It is a chipset built on a 12 nm process that clocks a speed up to 2.0GHz. The smartphone is coupled with the 4GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64GB. You will be able to expand your storage up to 256GB via a dedicated microsd card slot.
On the software front, the device runs on Android 10 with XOS 6.0 on the top.

The battery prowess of the smartphone is not to be underestimated. Infinix Note 7 Lite is backed up by the massive 5,000mAh high-capacity battery. As per the brand’s claims the smartphone has 35 days of standby time, 33 days of talk time, and will provide a battery life of 4days on 3 hours of charging.

Verdict
Infinix Note 7 Lite is the lite variant of its predecessor so it is natural for the device to come with lowered specs. The smartphone is decent with the available specs and features. It comes with a pretty impressive display, features a massive battery backup of 5,000mAh, and an average optics. It has an Helio P22 chipset to power it up. But it is not enough to run the phone smoothly and lag-less. The Infinix Note 7 Lite cannot keep up with its contemporaries Redmi 9 and Realme C3. So, you might like to have a deep thought before getting your hands on the device.
