Talking about the design of the Mi NoteBook Ultra. Mi NoteBook Ultra is crafted with a microscopic level of detail, made from 6-series aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. It is 1.4 times stronger than 5-series aluminium alloy. The unibody design is precisely carved using a CNC machine and delicately polished into a sleek body by 17 intricate processes. The laptop has a seamless build with a robust hinge. It gives a very premium vibe to the users. Mi NoteBook Ultra measures 242.3 x 350.1 x 17.9 mm in dimension and weighs only 1.7 kg.
The Mi NoteBook Ultra flaunts a 15.6-inch 3.2K IPS LCD Mi TrueLife+ display panel along with a 90 Hz smooth refresh rate. The device also comes with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a screen resolution of 3200 x 2000 pixels, 88% screen-to-body ratio, 100% sRGB Wide Colour Gamut, 1500:1 Contrast Ratio, 242 PPI, DC dimming, hardware-based blue light filter, etc.
Performance & Software
Under the hood, the Mi NoteBook Ultra is powered by the 11th-Gen Intel Core i7-11370H processor. It is built on a 10nm process that multitasks with 4 cores and 8 threads with a max clock of 4.8GHz.
Coming to the memory option, it is paired with Up to 16 GB DDR4 3200MHz and 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD storage option. The laptop also includes Intel Iris Xe graphics as opposed to Nvidia’s MX450 GPU. As for the software of the laptop, Mi NoteBook Ultra is running on Windows 11 OS. Windows 10 Home, Office 2019 Home & Student 2019 comes pre-installed on the laptop.
Other Features
The laptop comes with similar features as the Mi NoteBook Pro. It has a Full-Size Keyboard with a 3-level backlit keyboard with a scissor mechanism. The keyboard has 1.3mm key travel, and a dedicated macro key. Mi NoteBook Ultra also has a top-mounted HD webcam of a 720p HD. Coming to the audio of the laptop, it has 2 x 2W Stereo Speakers. The laptop has support for DTS audio processing app. For security, there’s a fingerprint scanner built into the power button with support for Windows Hello.
