Motorola has finally launched the Moto X40 smartphone. The flagship phone carries impressive specs like the latest and greatest, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 165Hz fast refresh rate, 50MP OIS camera, and more. Design and Display
Beginning with the design, the Moto X40 resembles the typical Motorola design with rounded corners. The build quality is sturdy with Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the front and back alongside the aviation-grade aluminum frame. There is a hole punch display on the front with minimal chins. On the back side, there is a rectangular camera module housing three cameras. You get an optical fingerprint scanner as biometric security on this phone. The phone has IP68 dust and water resistance. Motorola Moto X40 is available in two colors: Black, and White.
Moving to the display, it sports 6.67 inches AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels). The main USP is its 165Hz fast refresh rate, ensuring super smooth scrolling and feel. The display is also HDR 10+ certified and supports 1B colors.

This new 4nm silicon is providing an improvement on both CPU & GPU sides over its predecessor. In the optical department, this flagship phone comes with a flagship triple camera setup. The primary camera is a 50MP optically stabilized lens with an f/1.9 aperture and Dual Pixel PDAF. While the ultrawide camera is a 50MP shooter with an f/2.2 aperture and 117˚ FOV for capturing wider scenes. And the third one is a 12MP telephoto lens with an f/1.6 aperture.
