The government-backed operator Nepal Telecom (NTC) has brought a new offer bringing bonus data on recharge, along with new prepaid SIM benefits. The new offer brings up to 8GB of mobile data for recharging customers.
The offer is effective from Poush 1 to Falgun 30, 2080. Both GSM prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Ntc are eligible for the offer.
The offer is attractive to those who regularly recharge their SIM card and also need data. If you need internet on the go, then the offer is apt for you.

Nepal Telecom bonus data on recharge offer
With the Nepal Telecom bonus data on recharge offer, you get bonus data volume if you recharge (Top-up) your SIM card. However, the data volume depends on the amount for the recharge and also the kind of recharge you make. The bonus data is available on the recharge of Rs 100, 200, Rs 500, and Above. Below are more details.
If you top up your phone with a physical recharge card of Rs 100, you get 1 GB of data with a validity of 1 day. For the recharge of Rs 200, you receive 2 GB of data which you can use for 2 days (1 GB per day). Likewise, upon the recharge of your Ntc SIM card with Rs 500 and Rs 1,000, you get 8 GB of data (2 GB per day) which is valid for 4 days.

Similarly, for a topup with MPoS (Pinless Top-Up), you get 1GB of data for a day for recharging Rs 100 to Rs 199. Likewise, for the recharge of Rs 200 to 499, you get 2GB of data (1GB per day) for 2 days. Finally, upon recharging Rs 500 and above, you receive 8GB of data (2GB per day) for 4 days.
Using the bonus data
Depending on your data needs, you can choose either of the options, get the balance and bonus recharge.
The 8 GB mobile data will suit you enough for a few days for your social media consumption and web browsing. you can also check out some videos as the data volume is big enough for a few videos. On the other hand, the 1 GB and 2 GB data offers are moderate in size but still serve you for a decent amount of browsing. But you can also use them for videos if you can’t exhaust them as the validity period is shorter.
