Oppo A57 Overview

Design/Display

As for the design of the Oppo A57, the smartphone comes with an Oppo Glow design. It has a slim & trendy 2D premium design with a sleek chassis. The Oppo A57 measures 163.8 x 75.1 x 7.99 mm and weighs only 187 grams. There is also IPX4 water & dust resistance. The smartphone comes in various colors such as Glowing Black, and Glowing Green.

Upfront, the Oppo A57 features a large 6.56 inches HD+ IPS LCD Display panel along with a 1612 x 720 pixels screen resolution & 60Hz refresh rate. Performance

As for the performance of the smartphone, it is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G35 processor. It is an octa-core processor based on 12 nm processing technology that is equipped with an octa-core CPU with a maximum clock speed of up to 2.3 GHz. Likewise, the graphics of the phone is handled by the IMG GE8320 GPU.

In terms of memory configuration, it is coupled with 4GB of RAM and offers 64GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage onboard. You can expand your memory by up to 1TB via a dedicated microSD card slot. There’s also the support for up to 4GB of extended RAM. The phone is running on ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 OS on the software front.  

Camera  

Coming to the optics of the phone, the Oppo A57 sports a dual-camera setup at the rear. It is led by the 13 MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture accompanied by a 2 MP mono camera with f/2.4 aperture. Whereas on the front, the smartphone houses an 8 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies & videos. 

Moving on to the videography aspect of the smartphone, both the rear camera and front cameras are capable of recording videos up to 1080p@30fps.

As for the battery life of the smartphone, the Oppo A57 boasts a huge non-removable 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone also supports a 33 W fast charging technology as well. The brand claims that the phone charges from 0 to 50 % in only just 30 minutes. It offers up to 4 hours of video viewing after 15 minutes of charging.
