Realme has launched a new smartphone Realme 8s 5G from the Realme 8 series in India. The brand also launched another phone Realme 8i alongside it. Realme 8s 5G is the world’s first smartphone with the Mediatek Dimensity 810. Design And Display
Starting off with the design of the smartphone, Realme 8s 5G comes with a beautiful Infinite Star Design. Realme 8s 5G’s design is inspired by the mysterious universe and the vast starry sky and comes with an almost bezel-less design. It has a delicate frosted feel, and is very easy on the hands, and allows better fingerprint resistance. The device measures 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.8 mm and weighs only 191g. It also has a punch-hole cutout that houses the front camera.
Realme 8s 5G features a large 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display along with a screen resolution of 2400 X 1080 pixels. The display panel also comes with support for a high 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9, 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, a peak brightness level of 600 nits, 405 PPI density, etc. For biometrics, it offers features like face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
