Performance
Under the hood, both the devices are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is the latest and powerful chipset. It is an octa-core chip with a 4nm architecture. The graphics of the phones are handled by the Adreno 730 GPU. The devices run on One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 OS. The Galaxy S23 comes with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and internal storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, while the Galaxy S23 Plus has the same RAM configuration but only comes with 256GB and 512GB storage options. It has a UFS 4.0 internal storage (UFS 3.1 for the 128GB variant).
Battery and Others
Finally coming to the durability of devices, the Galaxy S23 is equipped with a Li-Ion 3,900 mAh battery on the other hand Galaxy S23 Plus is juiced with a slightly larger 4,500 mAh battery.
