The flagship store is derived from the naval concept of flagship vessels that serve as the main ships with primary weapons. So flagship store represents the store with all equipment to cater customers needs. The company says it is trying to bring ‘Destination Store’ to attract customers for visiting it often. It is going to be the retail chain of Tuddrom Nepal.

With the flagship store, Tuddrom has gotten into the retail business. Usually, a flagship store only showcases the products of a single brand. Here, Tuddrom has come up with a new concept. Without acquiring an entire shop, it has simplified the process by tieing up with local mobile stores. In simple terms, the shops will provide a dedicated space for Tuddrom products. This is more like an affordable way for both brands and retailers. The company believes in the faith given by the customers from the last two years.

- Drop Off Facility: Furthermore, the customers can drop off the products having problems and issues in the stores for claiming warranty. It doesn’t matter if those products were bought online or offline as there is a warranty card for every product. This makes it pretty handy to claim warranty claims & product exchange on the go.
- Product Exploring Facility:- With retail stores, customers can go to see & explore the products to gain information. They can also test & try before buying the actual products.
