Ncell, the private telecom operator has adopted Alibaba’s Apsara Cloud platform to achieve its Digital strategy. Whale Cloud, the strategic partner of Alibaba embeds the cloud platform in Ncell premises.

Apsara Stack

It offers flexible scalability without compromising the performance of the upper-layer applications, guarantees secure protection of enterprise data, and facilitates operation and maintenance management (O&M).

Whale Cloud has implemented the Apsara cloud in Ncell, together with its Digital BSS solution. With the cloud-native architecture design, Digital BSS can fully leverage the built-in technologies of Apsara Cloud including big data analytics, AI, middleware, and security services to facilitate Ncell to develop business more intelligent, reliable, hyper-scalable, and secure.

Earlier Ncell announced through the public notice that they are going to implement next-generation billing systems. Now, we can confirm that the Apsara cloud platform of Alibaba has provided the next generation billing system. As told, the AI-based analytics will provide several customized packages and offers to subscribers as per their demand. Ncell had already started to send customized messages to their customers individually like target based campaigns.
