Xiaomi has been putting its effort into delivering quality devices and keep the highest benchmarks for processes as well. With the inauguration of the new service center, the brand expands its after-sales service to bolster such efforts.

On the occasion of the service center launching, Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager – Nepal, Xiaomi shared that, “At Xiaomi, we are truly focused towards making innovation accessible to everyone. With service quality being one of our key pillars at Xiaomi, we continue striving to implement the best of our innovative measures across our after-sales and customer service efforts too. These innovative efforts played a crucial role in helping us earn the love and trust of our Mi Fans and customers in Nepal, thereby helping us grow in the country. We hope that this new service center further strengthens our position and commitment towards delivering top-notch service quality to all our users across Nepal.”

As per their belief, the service center could increase the usage of authorized products among the community. Similarly, the decrease of service delivery time and increase in accessibility assure people of the brand’s commitment to Mi fans in Nepal.

Free Servicing Offer

As an inauguration offer, Xiaomi Nepal offers free servicing for all the Xiaomi products from the service center. Above all, providing service to those without warranty cards for a week is the most exciting announcement there.

Service Center Helps the brand

Every Phone brand needs to have a service center to extend its reach and make people assure of its quality. In this regard, as a large no of phones is being sold recently, Xiaomi is expanding the authorized service center to provide better services from customer’s vicinity. We can expect more of such center opening in the coming days.

Recently, Xiaomi has gained enormous acceptance from the people of Nepal that it established the No. 1 Smartphone Brand for two quarters in 2020. Launching great products at a reasonable price along with better after-sales service can only help them maintain the position.
