WorldLink has won the “Organizational Sales Excellence Award 2023” defying the other internet service providers (ISPs). The company earned recognition at the seventh edition of the Sales Summit 2023 held on Friday, Bhadra 08 in Kathmandu.
Growth Leadership Academy (GLA), the organizer of the prestigious event presented the award to WorldLink in the ISP category. The recognition reflects the company’s commitment to serving with the highest efficiency. It has an enviable range of internet packages, a robust customer support system, and a large user base.
The felicitation came following a rigorous assessment of the company’s various aspects over months. There were three contenders for the award. The jury evaluated each ISP’s marketing activities, sales, and B2B (Business-to-Business) interactions to determine the award. Vianet Communication and Dish Media Network were the other contenders for WorldLink in the category. In the same event, private operator Ncell won the “Organizational Marketing Excellence Award 2023”.
Likewise, Dish Media Network Executive Vice-President Ramesh Sapkota won the Individual Sales Excellence Award, in 2023. He also won the award in the same ISP category. The company said that the award reflects Sapkota’s remarkable dedication to the company.

The GLA Summit 2023
This year, GLA is conducting the Sales Summit 2023 fair under the theme “Staying Ahead in Difficult Times”.
The flagship event aims to assess the current economic status of the country and its effect on sales. Likewise, GLA also seeks to equip sales managers with knowledge, skills, and abilities to keep their sales afloat. Highlighting the need to cooperate in the industry, are other purposes.
WorldLlink is Nepal’s largest ISP in terms of the user base. As per the latest Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) data, the private ISP has over 7.52 lakh unique customers. The company provides fiber, cable, and wireless internet services. Similarly, Dish Media provides both DTH and internet service in Nepal and has around 2.30 unique customers.
