All Mate 40 phones come with a 90Hz refreshed rate FHD+ OLED display. 240Hz Touch Sampling and Under-display fingerprint sensor. But the screen resolution and punch-hole are different. Mate 40 has 2376x1080p resolution, Mate 40 Pro has 2772x1344p resolution and Mate 40 Pro Plus has 2772x1344p resolution.
The display is edge-to-edge 3D curved and the corners are rounded. 90Hz refreshed rate combined with 240Hz Touch Sampling gives users a smooth scrolling feeling. Our Verdict
Huawei Mate 40 Series is one of the most technically enhanced phone to date. In terms of Camera, it can beat Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and iPhone 12 Series. Mate 40 Pro even scored the highest score in the DXO Mark, Yes the camera performance is that good. The phone topped the Smartphone camera and Smartphone Selfie segment. It scores 136 in Smartphone camera, beating Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Score of 133.
It’s true that you won’t be able to enjoy any Google Mobile Services but Huawei Mobile Services only. This is why Huawei is bringing Harmony OS to its smartphones and increasing its Huawei AppGallery on daily basis. Huawei AppGallery is an alternative to Google PlayStore and has a wide variety of your favorite apps.
