OnePlus has launched its upper midrange device, the OnePlus Nord 4 globally and it could soon make its way into Nepal. Feature for the first time, OnePlus Intelligence, the company’s moniker for its AI, the device also boasts a powerful Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, a 50 MP main camera, and a 6.74 Fluid AMOLED display. The OnePlus Nord 4 is the fourth-generation device in the Nord series. The Nord phones are a highly popular lineup from the Chinese OEM and the latest iteration builds on its previous phone Nord 3, particularly with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. Here are all the details.

The phone comes with a 5,500mAh battery with 100W wired fast-charging support. The company claims that you can charge the phone’s battery from 0 to 100% in just 28 minutes. That is just WOW!

OnePlus Intelligence (AI)
The OnePlus Nord 4 comes with on-device AI aka OnePlus Intelligence which helps with various AI features. This includes AI Best Face and AI Clear Face in photography. The AI Best Face comes in helpful if someone blinks an eye in photoshoots. The AI corrects it to make perfect “groufies” photos.
Likewise, the Clear Face clears the blur in an image and renders sharp images with the AI. With the OnePlus Nord 4, your photography reaches the next level thanks to the on-device AI power. The device also helps you with summaries from audio clips or articles with features namely, AI Audio Summary and AI Article Summary.

The OnePlus Nord 4 smartphone may come with a starting price of Rs 49,999 in Nepal for the 8/128 GB variant. The other models 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB might cost Rs 53,999 and Rs 57,999, respectively. These are just the expected price judging from its official price ranges in other countries.

Our Verdict
The OnePlus Nord 4, the fourth-generation Nord phone brings several improvements in its evolution and now, it’s got on-device AI. From power to battery efficiency, and gaming prowess, the device is a commendable phone. And you get all these super specs at likely a “budget” cost.
Recently, realme GT 6T hit the Nepali market with some great features too. Here, the OnePlus Nord 4 has capitalized with AI prowess likely setting a new trend for future upper-midrange smartphones. It’s a worthy pick on all accounts.
