Samsung Nepal says that the much-talked Galaxy AI features are coming to more devices including the Galaxy S23 family, Galaxy S23 FE, and more with its Android 14-based One UI 6.1 update that started on Thursday, March 28, 2024. The big update came originally in January 2024 for the Samsung Galaxy S24 devices. However, the South Korean phone maker is now bringing the power of artificial intelligence to more Galaxy phones. This enables owners of older Galaxy devices to enjoy the exciting AI power and elevate their everyday life. Here in this post, you will learn which Samsung mobile phones will get the Galaxy AI features. Keep reading.
In Samsung’s words, bringing AI characteristics to more phones will democratize mobile AI. The Galaxy S24 series came with a host of AI features which has been a game-changer in the smartphone industry forcing industry competitors to follow suit. Now, Samsung is being more generous in rolling it out to more devices.
“Our goal with Galaxy AI is not only to pioneer a new era of mobile AI but also to empower users by making AI more accessible,” said TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics. “This is only the beginning of Galaxy AI, as we plan to bring the experience to over 100 million Galaxy users within 2024 and continue to innovate ways to harness the unlimited possibilities of mobile AI.”

Bridging the communication barriers
One of the most remarkable features of the Galaxy AI is the power to bridge communication barriers. And as it makes its way to more phones, more users will benefit when they come across a foreign language. The Chat Assist AI feature adjusts message tone and translates languages in 13 different languages. Similarly, Live Translate provides real-time voice and text translations for phone calls. It’s like a personal translator for users. Next, the Interpreter lets users engage in conversations with locals while traveling with the split-screen and generates text translations for live conversations.
Unmatched productivity
Galaxy AI elevates productivity on compatible handsets for everyday life scenarios unleashing the next level of efficiency. The much-talked-about Circle to Search with Google brings search results to smartphone screens with a circle-motioned gesture. All you need to do is circle an object on your phone that you want to search for.
Likewise, Note Assist lets you create formats, generate summaries, and even translate notes. Browsing Assist is another exciting AI feature that generates comprehensive summaries of news articles which helps save time while also staying up to date with current affairs. Transcript Assist transcribes meeting recordings and generates summaries and translations.
