Biggest telecom and mobile industry event in the world, Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 is set for next week from February 26 to March 1 in the beautiful city of Barcelona, Spain. Samsung, HMD Global (for Nokia), Xiaomi, Sony, Asus are some of the key companies that have placed a spot for this year. All the companies and brands are ready to pull the attention of customers from all over the world in the Congress. The most awaited smartphone from the Samsung, Samsung Galaxy S9 is set of launch in the MWC 2018. Other phones from various companies including Nokia 9, Moto G6, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is also set to launch in the event. Let’s talk further about the smartphones that are set for launch in the MWC 2018. Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+
Samsung Galaxy S9 will be one of the biggest launches in MWC 2018. Samsung is
set to announce its latest flagship smartphone at the Galaxy Unpacked event of 25th of February. Invitations for the media for the launching event have already been sent all over the world. The Samsung Galaxy S9 will feature the same look and feel as the of is predecessor, S8 expect for the fingerprint and camera position at the back. Galaxy S9+ will feature dual camera at the back whereas S9 will feature a single camera. The screen size of both phones will remain same as of their predecessors S8 and S8+. Both the phones will have full body display of the aspect ratio 18.5:9. The major upgrade on the phone will be the new processor and better camera. There will be a lot of improvement in camera with an addition to the f/1.5 aperture which is exciting for low light photography. Nokia 9
Nokia, once a king of the phone market in the world is set to launch its yet another flagship phone, Nokia 9. Once the largest phone company in the world is now struggling in the smartphone market. Nokia is expected to launch Nokia 9, the flagship series form the Nokia in MWC 2018. 
The phone might get dual cameras on the front and back of the phone. Rumors suggest that the phone will have 128 GB of inbuilt storage, a 5.5-inch OLED display which is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB of RAM. Nokia 9 features 3250 mAh battery with fast charging support and runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. Nokia 9 will adopt a design that’s similar to Samsung, with a metal core and looks like glass front and back. Nokia is also set to launch Nokia 8 (2018) and Nokia 3310 (4G) in the event.
Mi Mix 2S
The most impressing part of Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 2S is its bezel-less display which is similar to that of iPhone X. Mi Mix 2s is the successor of Mi Mix 2 which was launched last year. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is known to come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 CPU and 8GB of RAM. The phone will ship with a huge storage capacity of 256GB. Additionally, the phone is expected to get an 18:9 aspect ratio display with the full HD screen. On the battery department, Mi Mix 2s to come with a battery of 3400 mAh capacity. Sony Xperia XZ2
Sony, a Japanese smartphone manufacturer is showcasing the successor of the flagship 
Xperia XZ1. The Xperia XZ2 will be launched in the MWC 2018. The phone is rumored to get an 18:9 aspect ratio display. The phone will come with USB Type-C port and expected to have a headphone jack. Other specifications on the phone haven’t been out yet. There are no more days to wait to see the phone. Sony is also set to launch Xperia XZ1 Compact, Xperia XZ1 Premium, Xperia XZ1 Plus, and Xperia XZ1S at the event.
Huwaei P11
Huawei P11 is rumored to be launched in this year’s MWC. The P11, the successor of P10 will feature 5.8 inch full HD IPS display with the resolution of 1,440 x 2,960 pixels. The phone will have staggeringly fast 3GHz octa-core Kirin 970 processor. The phone features a Leica lens which possibly includes a dual-lens 20-mega 
pixel camera with a f/1.7 aperture. P10 was not good in this segment since it had a camera of the f/2.2 aperture which results in poor image quality in low light. A front facing 8-megapixel camera with a f/1.9 aperture and Leica lens are also expected to be carried over from the P10 Plus. A huge 6GB of RAM is expected to be included too. 64GB of internal storage is a minimum with expandable storage taking it up to 256GB of storage space available on the P11.
LG V30s 2018 Version
Yet another South Korean smartphone brand LG is set to launch its revamped version of LG V30. The LG V30s will have the same design as that of LG V30. The upgrade in storage and camera 
department is expected on the phone. The phone is rumored to have a new feature i.e. the AI-powered LG Lens technology, which will have object recognition technology similar to Samsung Bixby Vision and Google Lens. The LG V30s will come with 256GB of huge inbuilt storage space, which is 4X compared to V30. The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor. V30s will be the first LG’s smartphone featuring Snapdragon 835.
