Samsung‘s latest iteration of A series smartphones A70 is now available in Nepal. This is the Fifth A series smartphone to be launched in Nepal. Other A series of phones available in Nepal are A10, A20, A30, A50. Samsung’s mid-range smartphone gets better with a better processor, larger display, triple rear camera setup. The price of the Samsung A70 phone in Nepal is Rs 40,799.
“Our recently launched Galaxy A line has seen unprecedented success since its launch. It has reached a milestone of USD 500 million in sales within 40 days of launch. We are confident that we will make Galaxy A line a $4 billion brand by the end of 2019,” said Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, Mobile business head, Samsung Electronic Nepal.
Phone Overview
Samsung Galaxy A70 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ SUPER AMOLED screen with an infinity U display. The U display name comes from the U shape Notch that mounts the front 32 MP snapper (with AR-Emoji and Selfie-Focus). The screen has a nice immersive experience, along with the in-screen fingerprint sensor at the bottom.
The phone is powered by the Octa-core Snapdragon 675 processor that is also there in Redmi Note 7 Pro and is coupled with 6GB of RAM/128 GB storage.
The phone has three cameras in the back, with 32 MP main sensors, 8 MP ultra-wide and 5 MP live focus. Having a wide aperture (f/1.7) in the main camera, the phone can take a better picture in low light conditions.
Samsung A70 also has the capability to take Super Slo-mo videos. The phone has a large 4500 mAH battery that can charge super fast with 25W charger and USB type C connector. Galaxy A70 is also equipped with Dolby Atmos to provide a 360-degree surround sound experience.
The phone also runs on Samsung’s own UI called One UI over Android Pie.

Samsung has made the phone available in all retail stores and Samsung Brand shops in Nepal. The price of the Samsung A70 phone in Nepal is Rs 40,799 available in two different colors, Black and blue. The price drop of Rs. 2100 was offered on the phone as a Christmas and New Year offer on this device.
